It all started with a text from a dear friend that a sweet little girl was going to be theirs!
Then came the really tough decisions for me...
I chose the City Weekend charm pack and saved the others for littles yet to come, not knowing her little brother would get one of them (more to come later!)
I used the Darling Grannies Tutorial on the Moda Bake Shop website by Sterling LaBosky.
It came together in a snap! I love how the colors of the City Weekend line aren’t too girly, but have enough pink to make it fun. I backed it with a red gingham fabric and quilted it on my home machine with an overall meander.
It was a super fun surprise for them at the baby shower where I got to meet sweet Lucy. 💗
