The room my sewing machine is in is very cold and there's no t.v. and I'm the only one in there unless a cat comes to visit. So this way, I can chill on the couch watching our DVR shows, I can cover up with my quilt as I quilt it, and I can enjoy being with Erik and not feel so left out of the family. Granted, this quilt won't be done until next summer, but that's ok. It's still better than studying.I am still quilting the star quilt on the machine and have about 1/3 left, then the binding. I need to hurry, though. Christmas is a-comin'!
